ILKB!!!!
I love ILKB! As someone who loves working out at home I always thought I was too self-conscious to workout in a class setting....until I tried ILKB in Miller Place. Not only is it a tough and amazingly-fun workout, but I’d have to say my favorite part of it all is the company. I no longer feel self-conscious or embarrassed about working out in front of other people. The instructors are so positive, motivating and welcoming! They keep me coming back for more. I had fallen off the wagon and lost my motivation for working out at home but now that I found ILKB in Miller Place I am back on the wagon and TOTALLY obsessed with coming to class!

I love kick boxing
Ilovekickboxing has been a great experience this past month. The staff are all amazing they truly Care and help to motivate me. I just moved to the area and have made the right decision joining this place. I highly recommend you try it out you wouldn't be sorry.

LOVE THIS PLACE! If you’re looking for something new and fun to try, you’ve found it ! They have amazing instructors that teach all levels and really keep you motivated throughout the class. They hold you accountable table and keep you motivated! I love being apart of the ILKB group!
